    $1,000, short essay-based program that  is open to students starting at age 16. Family income, test scores and financial need are not a consideration.

    average (assuming a scale of A=4.0)
    one-time SUPPLEMENTAL SCHOLARSHIP Candidates must have at least a 2.5-2.99
    high school grade point average (assuming a scale of A=4.0)
